First field Installation of SEA VAM TTR

February, 2006 saw the first field installation of a new generation of deepwater riser connections. The culmination of over two years of design, testing, and production, was achieved when the first string of 12 ¾” 65.10# VM95 SEA VAM TTR was installed as an outer riser sting.
